We sit
and realise
our Fluid Nature
That we are beings
of Water and Light

We embody
that harmonious Beingness
and touch from that place

We invite those we touch
to drop in to that place with us

To become fluid
and full
of Light, Potency, Life

To be in harmony
with Life…
the highs, the lows…
to be present to what is here…
